I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can't praise it enough. the location in the beautiful Dolomite mountains is simply breathtaking. Waking up to the panoramic views from my room's balcony was a highlight of my trip. Secondly, the attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and friendly nature made me feel right at home. Finally, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was exceptional. From the cozy ambience to the well-maintained rooms, everything was thoughtfully arranged to provide a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel was perfectly located, within easy ride from Bolzano airport. Location was great for exploring San Martino Di Castrozza. Were all welcoming. The room was good priced.

My room had a balcony with a stunning view, allowing me to take in the serene atmosphere. The basic amenities were all in place, and I especially appreciated the free sauna, which was a treat after a day on the slopes. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was also impressive, providing a good start to my day.

Just one tiny aspect could be improved, the WiFi connection was a bit unreliable.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel surrounded by stunning mountains. The location was excellent, conveniently close to the bus station. Our room was spacious, well-appointed and the bathroom was clean. Our family appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and good facilities. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from our room balcony and the relaxing wellness area.

We were disappointed to find that the New Year's Eve dinner was a bit disorganised, unlike the other well-catered meals.

The hotel's location was perfect to enjoy the town and there were plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms were very spacious with great amenities. The entertainers were great fun and we enjoyed many activities throughout our stay.

The breakfast was basic and unsatisfactory, despite the staff doing their best to cope during a busy period. while the hotel had its advantages, it failed to meet our expectations in some important areas.
